Por ejemplo, aprender\u00e1s a: regular la impulsividad, tolerar la frustraci\u00f3n, perseverar ante las dificultades, autogenerarte bienestar emocional&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y, tambi\u00e9n, adquirir\u00e1s <\/span><b>herramientas <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que te permitir\u00e1n tener una <\/span><b>mayor empat\u00eda<\/b><span
